US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: We are currently backordered on all XS, S, and M sweaters until October 1, 2026. Once the finishing touches are put on our new inventory, all orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS and UPS.

  • Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $25.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

RETURNS

RETURN COST

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

Return Window: Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of your delivery date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your new sweater! If something isn't right, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: Sweaters must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Items with makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains will not be accepted.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
